Why Host a NACAT Conference?

Your school and the community will benefit in many ways by hosting a NACAT conference. NACAT shares net revenue generated by the conference with the host school. The amount varies with the success of the event but this is money which could be used for your automotive program. The delegates often bring their families and spend money in your community. The industry contracts generated often result in donations of equipment and materials directly to your automotive program.

Other automotive educators in your state and area will be able to attend because of the reduced cost of travel. The educational benefits and industry involvement will improve their ability to train students for jobs in your area. Serving as host for an international educational event will put your school and program in a very select group. Having organized, planned, and conducted such an event will support things such as grants, awards, scholarships, certifications, accreditation, and performance funding.

*144 sessions is our goal. More or less may occur based upon the training facility. An attendee will always have the opportunity to earn 20 hours of Technical Update Training at the NACAT Conference.
